Hello Beauty is not responsible for any melted shipments. Please know that whipped body butter and scrubs are very delicate and stands the chance of melting when exposed to warm temperatures. For this reason, we DO NOT offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. However, if your body butter is melted we recommend placing your items in the refrigerator for a few hours and allow it it firm. Please reframe from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather.
