Warm Weather and Melting

"Hello Handsome "is not responsible for any melted shipments. Please know that whipped body butter and scrub are very delicate and stands the chance of melting when exposed to warm temperatures. For this reason, we DO NOT offer and refunds or replacements on melted products. However, if your body butter is melted, we recommend placing your items in the refrigerator for a few hours and allow it to firm. Please reframe from leaving delivery packages in mailboxes or on porch during warmer weather.
